Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
• Event details such as the date, type of event, number of guests, start time, duration, location and venue information
• Your drink preferences, any message you write to us, and how you heard about us

Information collected automatically

This website uses Google Tag Manager, which can load analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies or similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and from which type of device. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website.

Your browser also stores your language preference (English or French) so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can block or delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed here without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. Quote requests are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to our email inbox (Google). Website analytics are handled by Google. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Quebec, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

We share information with other people only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any legal or accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Quebec law, you can:

• Ask whether we hold personal information about you and get access to it
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information
• Ask us to stop disseminating your information or to de-index it
• Ask for a copy of information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used technological format
