A bride-to-be's last fiesta before the wedding. We built the bar around tequila: a garnish rail of lime, jalapeño and chili-dusted fruit, rose petals down the bar, and spicy margaritas shaken to order all night.

Heritage venue · Downtown Montreal
A film premiere reception in a heritage hall. We poured and lined up red and white wine before doors opened so the first wave of guests had a glass in hand right away, then a canned cocktail and beer bar kept the room going through the screening.

Backyard pool deck · North Shore
A backyard 40th with a live saxophonist on the pool deck. The bar ran a tropical garnish station of grapefruit, pineapple and mango, poured mango and pineapple mojitos and Hugo spritzes by the tray, kept the gin tonics and vodka sodas coming, and closed the night with a round of shots.

A tented backyard terrace that went from golden hour to blue hour. A framed signature menu set the tone, the garnish rail stayed stocked with fresh citrus, and the bar stayed busy until the string lights came on.
